Integrated Telerik treeview into search. This also corrects an outstanding usability issue that previously showed checkboxes next to groups that had no effect on search, now there are no checkboxes used at the group level.

Updated rating admin/module settings. Finished rating control integration in UI. Corrected data provider issues (previously incomplete). Updated external profile integration to support username. Also updated external member directory to not use a param name/value in URL if either are blank. Replaced a call to a legacy method in core for security with its updated counterpart.

Subbed rating control with a replacement (Telerik). Made profile image use binary image from Telerik. Removed usage of GetUser method of core and returned same data using Forum_User stored procedures. Altered security classes to minimize calls to IsInRoles. Minor UI changes for theming. Cleaned up some now legacy code. Updated release notes.

Updated bad naming conventions in dataprovider file. Fixed a few more UI issues. Updated role avatars to now support based on file name descending (so we have some control over this).

Corrected more UI issues found in new theme. Fixed problem w/ using profile property w/ super users (for avatar). Finished integration of external profile, external member directory. Made edit profile for logged in user go to core profile (if moderator or admin, they get to see old profile for Trust reasons). Updated profile avatar to use height/width of user avatar settings.

Corrected SetFocus issue in post edit (also disabled subject edit on reply/quote). Added support for external profile pages. Added support for external member directory usage. Added support for profile avatars (coming from an image in the user's profile). Updated UI issues causing problems for designers when doing custom themes. Updated build script for .NET 3.5 and 64 bit machines.

04.05.00.SqlDataProvider have issue if you run as upgrade, about there is no check if some changes are already exists. NOt sure yet if this happends also to some other SqlDataPrividers after 4.5.3.

Corrected problems in ModuleSearch.vb with characters used in foreign (to US) cultures (ie. an umlaut in German). Updated a misspelled localization value in the avatar management area. Updated post content parsing as well.
